We read every message. If you are reporting a calculation that looks wrong, please include the page URL and the values you entered — that is the fastest way for us to reproduce and fix the issue.

We typically reply within two to three business days.

What to write about

Calculation errors or outdated tax rates: if a figure doesn't match what your bank, broker or tax office told you, let us know. We check against the relevant legislation and correct where warranted.

Missing tools: if there is a financial calculation you need that we don't yet cover, we'd like to hear about it.

Privacy and data requests: to exercise your GDPR rights — access, correction, deletion, or objection — write to the same address. We will respond within one month as required.
